LGI explores new pathways for carsharing in Europe with the STARS project!

Invited to speak at the New Business Models Conference in Sofia (Bulgaria), from 27-28 June, LGI presented its latest research on the ever-evolving business models in the car sharing market. The business models research is part of LGI’s work for the project STARS (Shared mobility opporTunities And challenges foR European citieS), a Horizon 2020 project funded by the European Commission.

With the emergence of new technological and social innovations, human mobility preferences are changing and blurring the lines between public and private transport. STARS aims to study car sharing and its impacts on other modes of transport, helping to solve current and future challenges in this realm.
